What is Bodymind communication?

What do you think when you hear the word communicate? When I ask my clients, most of them associate communicating with talking. But most people are shocked when they find out that only 5% of communication is done verbally.

How do we communicate?

Through our psyche (mind) and soma (body). This is known as ‘Bodymind’ communication. Without saying a word verbally, how we show up physically in the world reveals the experiences and interactions we have encountered throughout the journey of life. Each and every one of them, the good, the tragic, the happy and the downright ugly.

Our bodies are talking all the time to the rest of the world. The cellular memory created in the body from our experiences impacts our physique. Ever been stressed, and someone has commented that ‘you look like you’re carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders?’ Our bodies can’t cover up what’s going on internally.

But there is good news!

Our ‘Bodymind’ language can be changed!

When I work with clients, we go through a decoding process to unlock what’s internally impacting the body. The way the body is positioned reveals life events that have had a long-lasting impact on the person physically, mentally and emotionally. We peel back the layers to get to the core and bring the mind back into balance. Being centred allows the body and mind to feel stable, which empowers the client to feel confident and able to take control of their life.

The long-term effects of suppressing emotions can lead to having an impact on our overall health. While we think we can cover it up, in reality, our bodies will rule in the end.

If you would like to know more about how I can help you improve your Bodymind’ language, reach out to me or check out my packages.

Peace,

Gillian
